The Challenge
ZoningGraph needed a marketing website that would communicate a complex PropTech data product to two very different audiences simultaneously: technical investors evaluating the platform's capabilities, and enterprise real estate developers who needed to understand the value proposition without technical jargon.
The Approach
A clean, data-forward website built on Next.js with a dark, authoritative design language. The information architecture guides both audiences through the same content with different entry points. The UI system uses precision typography, structured grid layouts, and purposeful motion to communicate the intelligence of the underlying product.
